Наш мир подобен человеку, который в прошлом был великим воином, героем, при одном виде которого враги разбегались в панике. Этот человек был не только силен, но и талантлив, его творения до сих пор ходят по большому миру.
К сожалению, имя его уже давно не вызывает у людей уважения. Те, кого он считал своими друзьями, предали его, оставшиеся же верными ему бессильно смотрят на него, не в силах помочь. Этот человек будто бы стал тенью прошлого себя, внешне он силен, но внутри.. Будто бы усталость, которая не дает расправить плечи и взять в руки меч, втоптать в землю предателей и громогласно заявить о себе, возродить былую славу и уважение.
Кровь этого мира остыла, она не греет и не дает ему того начального толчка, после которого начнется пробуждение великого героя. И кровь эта - битвы. Великие битвы.
С сего дня лимит опыта, получаемого в  Великих Битвах, увеличен в два раза. Для всех.
И небольшое косметическое изменение.
Свитки  Великое восстановление энергии и  Великое восстановление маны больше не требуют хода на использование.
Начнем с малого..

Well, I decided to ask some of our citizens about their opinions, what would thay do in case and what would happen at all if borders between all cities of FC/BK world would be opened.
So the question was:
What would happen if borders to other cities are opened and what would you do?
And here are the answers I got from some players:
Madbaw [] I would find alchemist and if we allow ru fighters here. . . . we will all be dead meat
delidumrul [10] many ppl would leave this city but many ppl would came here. sum it up our population would increase. and i would go to another city to visit mercenaries and buy new items . then i would return here ppl usually love the beginning - first. such as childhood, first city, first gf etc. that is why i would return.
[pers]Chronus[/pers](character not found) Actually, I wouldn't want it to happen, of course we would have good equipment and so on, but actually it'd suck, I better live without having anything od that and wish it to stay as it is. although there'd be waiting some really tough reinforcements and we could kick asses of all hostile people here.
El Camino [10] ] Hmm...rhetorical question... What would happen...every second person in here, would pack their bags and leave for good)) I assume))... but I'd stay...someone has to moderate the chat also? ))
Kanaplev [] dunno ... i been in Capital and demon =)) after new year somethink like bug ;)) i get present with Posslannik =))) and get in ru cyties =)) I liked it.
Mac Crash [] Go shopping and sight seeing but I would come back to my home city =) Why? Because it is our home city and you become attached to it and it's people =)

It's much about freedom of everyones opinion. People are different, their wishes are different... but I would never leave NewCapital, because it's my hometown, the town which I belong to, where i stepped my first steps, met all my friends and many good people, had so much fun... almost for 4 years already! And I don't regret it... and never will

A Nightmare come true?!
Have you ever waken up from a bad dream covered with sweat and just shaken from frustration from not knowing if you just have experienced a sight from the future or if it just was a nightmare?
If you have - You can relate to my fear of the following to occure.
If you yet havent - You will... one night, and it's not a pleasent experience.
Here's a nightmare I have had a couple of times:
I Log in on combats.com but instead of getting to NewCapital, I find myself in Emerald City. At first I pinch myself to make sure I'm awake, when I bounce from the actual pain of the pinch, it is slowly setting... I AM IN A DIFFERENT PLACE!!! Sweet  - First things first, I make myself go to the Central Square, knowing that the population in any town is quite interested in visitors and when I get jumped by a angry mob, speaking russian, I dont even mind. I let them get the best of me, I'm taking a couple of them with me to the grave but in the end I'm outpowered by the numbers.
My adrenalin is pumping - I need to get to Stateowned to see what they got for sale there...  OMG, They got several items, even sets for lvl9s  I must be in heaven. I go wild on the items and buy what ever I find in this exotic place.
After spending most of my cash in the stateowned shop, I decide to make myself familiar with this new town.
Once again I get greeted on CS, this time I get some unexpeted help and after 50 pages of fightlogs the fight is over.
I go offline.
The very next day, I wake up early, from amnesia not being able to sleep at all, just thinking of the last 24 hours and the excitement it has brought me - I log in, absolutely certain that I am back in NewCapital... but Guess again... I'm still in Emerald City.
After 2 years of persistant nagging on the few english speaking paladins/tarmans I get the inormation that NewCapital is shut down and all players from there has been moved to Capital except me - who was transfered here for reasons unknown...
Prologue
Sometimes I'm certain that Admins have given up on our beloved village and will shut NC down for good and move us to different cities in the russian version (If they would do that, they better take me to the city with the Pub) But untill that day, I will keep my faith and trust that they will hear my prayers at night.

Why not make EKP easier to buy?
If you look at any given online game, you have the possibility to transfer them cash via a Creditcard (VISA/Mastercard/American Express or similar) why not in here?
So easy if we just could go to the Bank, press [Insert Money] and press what Card you wish to choose.
As I'm not familiar with how online transfers work, I wont say too much, just find it a bit weird that it's doable in other online games but not in this one... Furthermore I find it astonishing to see that we aint got anyone providing NewCapital with Eurocredits...

Для удобства игроков в интерфейсе игры появилась панель быстрого запуска. Она доступна из нижнего меню (рядом с кнопкой со смайлами). В панель можно добавлять предметы из рюкзака и впоследствие использовать их в любой удобный момент без поиска по рюкзаку. Игрок также может добавлять в панель комплекты одежды и наборы приемов.
